Got a bagel with cream cheese well that's what I ordered... The bagel was like a mini bagel. It was so small and there was the thinnest layer of cream cheese that you couldn't even taste it. If you're gonna charge what you charge for a bagel with cream cheese, you need to give us a bagel with cream cheese. So disappointed

- ERE RLJan 17, 20264.0Location is typically clean. Love the Bagels. There is a lot of room for efficiency here as far as how they process orders. Standing around waiting for the toaster over to finish while multiple orders pending consist of throwing bagels in a bag results in significantly higher wait times and a higher feeling of chaos for employees. I have waited up to 20 mins for 13 plain bagels to be tossed in a bag and handed over the counter. Early mornings are the better time to go- before 7am. Biggest issue is with hygiene. They all wear gloves, but gloves are no longer useful when you're wiping your nose and not changing gloves. Employees at this location should get into the habit of changing their gloves every order to ensure cleanliness. It can be pretty gross to watch and it's hard to ignore. And no, using your shirt as a tissue doesn’t help keep your gloves clean.
