  Been there 3 times and every single Time they messed up the order. The person at the drive thru doesn’t acknowledge you at all when she opens the window. The staff needs to be trained !!

  Waited 32 minutes exactly for the food. And it still wasn't right. Busy or not. Absolutely unacceptable. Also they were fully staffed an abundance of employees all around. Mcdonalds is pretty much terrible everywhere

  I go to this mcdonald's all the time when i'm at work takes normally 10 minutes to get my food but when i went in today i placed my order on the kiosk like any other time for A SMALL FRY ($2.12) from 10:44 to 10:55, my number was not called, my name wasn't called the employees was acknowledging me but just kept walking around in the kitchen saying were busy and moping around, the man on front counter kept giving out orders out the window it's like morning shift is lost and don't know what they be doing and i know breakfast end at 10:30 but y'all need more employees in the morning i left with no food cause i was supposed to be at work at 11 it's unacceptable to have to wait that long and when i went in there it was just me and another man at the counter waiting to pay by the time i left there was 7 people at the register and still nothing, 2 to 4 minutes max is what a person should have to wait to pay for an order no matter how big or small not 11+ minutes employees act like they can only do one task y'all need to hire more people or hire y'all pay cause once again unacceptable..

  Service was good the drive thru line are very long at lunch time be prepared to wait order was good staff members smiles welcome you as you got your order thank you staff members. 1/19/2026
