I go to this mcdonald's all the time when i'm at work takes normally 10 minutes to get my food but when i went in today i placed my order on the kiosk like any other time for A SMALL FRY ($2.12) from 10:44 to 10:55, my number was not called, my name wasn't called the employees was acknowledging me but just kept walking around in the kitchen saying were busy and moping around, the man on front counter kept giving out orders out the window it's like morning shift is lost and don't know what they be doing and i know breakfast end at 10:30 but y'all need more employees in the morning i left with no food cause i was supposed to be at work at 11 it's unacceptable to have to wait that long and when i went in there it was just me and another man at the counter waiting to pay by the time i left there was 7 people at the register and still nothing, 2 to 4 minutes max is what a person should have to wait to pay for an order no matter how big or small not 11+ minutes employees act like they can only do one task y'all need to hire more people or hire y'all pay cause once again unacceptable..

Stopped to get a simple cup of coffee. Ordered on the kiosk, and waited. After a few minutes, a worker handed me my coffee, and walked away.
I thanked her, and went out the door. I took a sip and the coffee was cold. Not iced coffee, but coffee that had been sitting around unheated. I tossed it out on the ground and left, as I certainly wouldn't trust them to brew me a hot cup.
Goodness, food times are hard.
Update: McDonald's sent a "please contact us" response a few days after my review. I tried, but didnt have the patience to complest all the prompts involved. I'm sure it was corporate AI.
Nasty, cold coffee.
