This is just one of the many times theyve done this with food, Fries are almost always reheated same with the nuggets, by far the worst fast food experience ive ever had. Wouldn’t even feed it to dogs bot to mention almost every worker is rude

Other person sent hers back, less burnt- edible but still burnt. Burger was correct and great, but put together in a messy pile.

But somehow that “15 minutes” turned into over 40 minutes of just sitting there waiting. No updates, no apology, nothing. Funny thing is I’ve ran a McDonalds when I was 18 years old I used to be a manager and opened the stores early in the morning… I NEVER HAD ANYONE WAITING 40 MINUTES FOR FOOD. I jus cancelled my order I hope I get my money back this is ridiculous
