    I didn't know breakfast start at 2am. It's a huge inconvenience that in my app it says breakfast start at 5am I order dinner then get to the store and say I can't get dinner. I'm stuck with canceling my order and then waiting for a refund that take 1-7 days. Something has to be done about this. I dont know why they do this. It's not right and I know that McDonald's doesn't make this rule it's someone within the store. I will not be going back to this location anymore. Thats ridiculous.

    Order a reward medium ice coffee with espresso and they tell me they can't Mehta it after i ordered in the mobile app. I requested to cancel the order, which should be canceled anyway because i paid for the espresso and not iced coffee. I get to the window and i receive the receipt and the cashier said to speak to the manager about the refund. The manger told me to cancel it in the app at the next window because she's not allowed to do the refund so call the number. I called of course no answer, so i leave a message. The manger attempted to refund initially giving me less than what i paid after going in telling her i can't cancel in the app because they cashed it out. Idon't complain about fast food a lot but customer service i do and will. Don't expect feedback or a response from a complaint from the franchise owners. I guess my experience with poor customer service from the manger is a reflection of the owners/leadership

    There were French fries and other trash on the floor. Which had to have been from yesterday because we were having breakfast. The handicap bathroom stall only had a roll of toilet paper on the floor.
