I did an online order gets to the restaurant was told the fryers are down so my order couldn’t be completed but Bojangles wouldn’t refund my money back, said I was just an unsatisfied customer. FYI never order online!

- ADAriana DickersonJan 10, 20262.0i ordered mac n cheese and as soon as i opened it this is what i see… idk what the green dots are, but there were beans all in it and i also found a few pieces of dirty rice. not to mention it was thrown sideways in a bag and not shut all the way. i also had a biscuit and a chicken filet biscuit, both were gross. my plain biscuit was literally flat and like a scone, and the chicken filet was just very unappetizing and hard to eat.
