  It took 30 minutes to get our milkshake and single scoop of ice cream. And then I found out my flavor I ordered on the kiosk doesn’t exist. Ways of time.

  The team that works here needs to work on a lot of things, I have come here twice this week hoping that the experience would be different the second time. However, every staff member I interacted with was rude and dismissive. The staff at this location made me feel like an inconvenience in a space where they are literally being paid to help me. They all were just talking to each other leaving me waiting as well as staring rudely. The female employee at the window with the dark hair needs to consider working on her staring problem. The atmosphere was not welcoming and I think the business would really benefit if the employees acted as if they were in a customer service position not at a social event. Yelling conversations across the restaurant and singing songs with profanities is not comfortable. Hope this can help someone else.

  I would literally give this second rate non customer service having uneducated rude girls, yes girls a freaking half of a half star. They literally took our order, we pull up, and the attitude having store clerk LITERALLY LEAVES OUT AND WALKS TO FREAKING SLIM CHICKEN WITHOUTAKING OUR ORDER, MIND U, STAYS 5 MINUTES, WALKS BACK AND THEN TELLS US TO PULL UP AND WAIT FOR OUR ORDER! GIRL JESUS ALMOST LEFT MY BODY HONEYYYYY. ANYWAY, I HV A VIDEO I RECORDED IM BOIT TO LOAD IT FOR YALL SO YALL CAN SEE WHAT HAPPENS WHEN UR THIRSTY AND WANA GO TO DUNKIN.
