Absolutely Awful Service what an awful experience at this Taco Bell.
I placed my order at 8:27pm, totaling $29, and what happened next was unbelievable. There were a couple of guys ahead of me waiting on missing soft tacos and a 5-layer burrito. I don’t know how long they had already been waiting, but even after I arrived, it took at least 15 minutes—and there was still confusion. The staff asked them multiple times what items were missing, even after the customers told them four or five times.
A girl who ordered around the same time as those guys got her food after waiting about 10–15 minutes, which is still long, but she at least received her order.
Meanwhile, 30 minutes passed and my order was never even started. No issues getting drive-thru orders out, but lobby customers were basically ignored. At this point I was beyond frustrated, so I asked for the manager for a refund.
The manager was working the line making tacos, and somehow still let 30 minutes go by without my order even being made. She processed my refund, and I asked for the corporate number. She said she would find it, walked to the line, then came back saying she “didn’t have it.” She didn’t even bother to look.
The staffing made it even more ridiculous: two girls on drive-thru, two people on the taco line, one person handling the lobby, one person cleaning, and a cook—at least seven employees, and they still couldn’t get my order started in half an hour.
This was hands down one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve ever had. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable service from the manager and the entire team. I won’t be returning.
