I had no clue what my grandson had ordered but as a young lady , tall with glasses, long hair on the register I forget her name it started with an S helped me decide on what to get for him, I was unsure at first but he loved it . I'm not from here and this was a treat, I appreciate her for her knowledge and understanding

If you have another option skip this McDonald's. I will be driving almost 20 miles out of my way from now on when I want some Mickey Ds. The pics should tell you everything you need to know. Burger was chopped and raw in the middle and just mangled. Didn't even resemble a beef patty. My burger was missing the extra patty that I paid for. I mean I get it, mistakes happen. Sometimes you just have a bad night. But its safe to say they're pretty consistent at having bad nights at this location. I literally said to myself maybe I should drive outta my way to a different McDonald's. But against my better judgment and because I just worked all day, I stayed on course. Bad decision.

UPDATE: The day management called and did have my husband & I come get a replacement meal. It was considerably better then the night before. Thank you for taking us seriously. The effort is appreciated.
Im so over this McDonald's location. I've bought sandwiches here before and more times then not they are never made right. Staff can be very rude if you ask anything about anything. Not sure I would want them to even fix a mistake without not messing with the food. This time I chose to right a review about it.
I wanted to try the New Arch burger.
My first mistake was not going to another McDonald's. I was very disappointed to say the least. The only reason why I even stopped was because it was easier access then driving 10 miles to another McDonald's. Not worth it. I won't make this mistake again.. A totally waste of money. I didnt even eat the sandwich. The burger patty itself was crumbled to pieces. The other patty was raw, and I asked for extra big arch sauce and clearly did not get it. Which by the way was written right on the front of the packaging. Pictures included.

I rate this on a curve of large fast food chain experiences. I use the App and so far have never gotten an incorrect order, YMMV. Sometimes I get hot nuggets, sometimes not. Apparently, the 1/4 lb burger is supposed to be fresh beef and it definitely is better than the other burger options. It's a solid option for a quick, cheap meal when you really need that but I can't rave about it and it's not the best McD franchise I've seen. 4-stars but I'm going lower if we could use decimals. I'll go ahead and let the cat out of the bag--it's too expensive and not worth it without the App. Surely at full price I'm going 3 stars.
