Proceeded to the drive thru line where I sat for 15 minutes only to make it to the speaker to be told they do not have any baked potatoes and only two chilis when I needed four. Had to drive 7 miles to another Wendy’s to get my food. I like in oak ridge and this business is a bad representation of our community

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo and the total was $11.30 (not even large sized). I asked for a sweet and sour packet at the drive thru and they told me next time to tell them while I’m ordering because they charge extra. Chic fil a doesn’t charge for a sauce packet. For $11.30, I should be able to get a sauce. They nickel and dime you to death.
