    I was told that a regular menu item on the shareables , menu was only available on the app. I don't use the McDonald's app. So I know that's not true and I just ordered the same thing two weeks ago from the exact same mcdonald's. Attendant Tried to upsell me on a larger menu item I did not want. So I canceled my order had to sit through the drive through line, pulled around and went inside and order the exact item.I was wanting off the kiosk menu. Tried to bring it to someone's attention that they needed to ensure that their drive through attendants know what was and was not on the menu. Person assisting me blew me off, as if I didn't know what I was talking about, telling me it's not on the menu.. After getting in my car and leaving, I realized my meal was wrong, but I was not going back into that restaurant again to fix it. I worked at McDonald's when I was younger, and I've visited hundreds of them across the United States and the world, wasn't the worst experience I've ever had, but it darn sure wasn't close to being the best.
