    Ordered a double fudge cookie dough blizzard and it was runny...so didn't do the flip, not made right either. Said to just give a heath as they couldn't mess it up but there was almost no heath in a large. Had my wife take up to see if they would add some heath as there wasn't any in it, they literally refused and the girl was very rude in her comments, she was getting off work and passed us when she was leaving and heard hear saying some not so nice things under her breath. the ice cream itself wasn't fresh and tasted almost freezer burnt also. If you pay almost $9 for a blizzard it better be good and the service also. Me and my family of 4 frequent this location but this was the last time, I will never go back.

    I ordered a turtle blizzard when I received it it was water. I asked the girl to remake it when she opened the window to give it back to me. She looked at me and told me I needed to be more polite when asking someone to remake something She then refused to hand me. My blizzard started shaking her hand at me telling me I needed to have a better attitude Than the manager came over. Handed me my blizzard and slammed the window in my face. This just happened 8/12/25
