- AHAndrew HoNov 29, 20251.0Went here early this morning to get breakfast with my family through the drive thru. We had placed a mobile order and when we came through, provided our initials to the drive thru worker, we got the wrong food. When we were handed the wrong drinks we had let the worker know it was wrong and she began to argue and push that we got what we ordered. When she finally gave us the receipt, it showed that she had rung us up for the wrong persons mobile order. She then pulled us up (which is understandable since they needed to make our food since it wasn't rung up). After being pulled up for a little bit, we got our coffee which had no flavor or cold foam on it, the soda was supposed to be no ice which we relayed at the window and was ordered that way came with ice and there were items missing from our order. We pulled around to address the soda having ice and the missing items (I just kept the coffee and was gonna deal with that) and when we got to the speaker, the lady who had already argued with us that she gave us the right food and brought out our new food had laughed when we told her over the speaker what we were missing and the mistake with the drink. The food was really good, the kitchen did a great job but the drive thru service was absolutely horrible and a bad way for my family to start the morning. What shouldve been just a few minutes in drive thru (there were no cars that came through the entire time we was there) turned into a long and very frustrating experience.
