While waiting at the window, I saw the employee preparing drinks had visible sores on her lip and kept touching them. She then handled the cups and food without washing her hands. It was honestly very unsanitary and made me worry about how many other orders were being handled that way. I asked another worker to remake my order, which he did (and I appreciated that), but the same employee continued making other drinks while touching the open sores. This is a serious health and safety issue that needs to be addressed immediately. Customers should never have to worry about contamination when ordering food.
