I went last night and my food was cold and my mom asked for dehydrated onions and they cut off the microphone and didn't give us straws so I had to run to the drive thru window and they said they would give us fries at our convince and my mom said she wanted her food now and they finally brought us hot food so I'm leaving 2 stares

The last 4 times I’ve been here I’ve sit in the drive through line for 30+ mins and when you come around to the window people are on their phones moving slow and half the time my order is cold and wrong. Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.

Consistently long wait times, waited 15 minutes after I checked in for a mobile order today. Cold food. You best believe they pulled me to reserved so they could keep their drive thru times down though. Awful service. I truly don't know why I keep giving them chances.

I’ve frequented this McDonald’s pretty regularly for a month or two biggest complaints would be, drive through taker does not seem to care about flipping what speaker they’re on they’ll take orders from line 2 go silent for 10 minutes then take another order for line 2 and will continue to ignore line one as it backs up. Don’t think it’s very hard to tap a screen and switch which line you’re taking an order from. Pretty rude and ridiculous practice. Second complaint they tend to forget items just in general have missed a total of 3-4 items from this place in my last 3 orders. Lastly more of just a McDonald’s complaint, in order to get your money back for missing items you have to go back to the restaurant to get your items or a refund. I live 30 minutes away from this McDonald’s and I have lost money multiple times because I’m not driving a total hour trip to get a hash brown or whatever THEY forgot to get a refund or the item waste more in gas. Of course there’s no option to get a refund for the item on the app (I use the app every time just easier for myself) it’s just frustrating. And we all know McDonald’s don’t much care about people’s complaints so it’ll go unheard just more of a warning to anyone that comes to this McDonald’s check your items before you leave, and in general just avoid this McDonald’s if you can.
