The employee then responded I guess ill have to take your word for it. There are several reasons why someone might send someone else to pick up there carryout orders, such as a disability, transportation, could be a gift. For a custumer to be questioned and treated that way like a liar is absolutely unprofessional. Do better.

My sweet dad, who is 89, even gave the delivery person $5.00 tip. They will never do this outrageous order again. Both of them are unable at this time to drive.

She stood waiting for someone to let her know if they were ready but everyone was busy and kept working, so she went over to pick them up and was yelled at by some woman and told to “Go back” and not to do that again. A younger guy apologized and went to give her her pizzas, but she cancelled her order instead, because it was embarrassing and uncalled for. I understand if she was stealing someone’s pizza but SHE had paid for HER order. Very unprofessional. Do better.
