Twice, this location has sold me a half gallon of tea that is outside of the "Use By" time on the label. The first was on 8/22/25. They sold me an old half gallon, then refused to assist when I contacted them by Facebook messenger, comment, and email form on their website. I purchased the tea around 8:00 pm on 8/22. Not as egregious, so I let it slide even though the tea was sour. The second was on 9/10/25. The label states "Made On: Tue 9/9 6:08am. Use By: Wed 9/10 6:08 am". I purchased this on 9/10/25 at 4:48 pm. My husband went it to get a refund or exchange and was told by the worker "We hand them out in order." She then walked away from him with no apology, no offer to exchange the item, no offer of a refund. She walked away in the middle of the conversation without saying another word to my husband and started talking to a coworker. Poor food, poor service.
