  Holy crap this place is the slowest service you can imagine I sat in the drive through for 10+ minutes, no “hey we’re busy give a moment” at the drive through just silence even when I tried to get speak through the box.

  The attention is very bad, they kept me 15 minutes in the Driatru. I wanted to give them another chance, I spend exactly the same thing at night. I had to wait 30 more minutes for my order to be ready, it is impressive as it has gone down, the quality of this restaurant is not close to what it was.

  Nobody helps me, I spend an hour waiting for someone, and when I finally get in, everyone who works there is on their phones or smoking. I had a bad experience at this place; besides that, it's very dirty, it's disgusting.

  After we left the Newton Performing 🎭 Arts Center on Saturday night 03/28/26 We decided to stop 🛑 in here.. Service was so lousy.. the worst we had ever witnessed. People were literally waiting 20 minutes just to place their order. We were brought some other people's food. They took it back.. We just drove off and ended up going to McDonald's I actually have stopped 🛑 in here before and had a great experience but that has been well over a year ago. I do Not 🚫 know what happened here.

  The worst sonic I’ve ever been to! Order ALWAYS takes forever! And is GOATS WRONG OR COLD. WORSE SERVICE. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT SO EVER. EVERYONE HAS AN ATTITUDE. THIS PLACE IS RIDICULOUS. JUST DRIVE TO CHARLOTTE OR DON’T GO!!!!
