  I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I spent over $60 on my order, and when I got home, I realized the wings I paid for were completely missing. I immediately called the store to let them know, expecting a simple resolution. Instead, the associate told me, “we gave them to you,” and then hung up on me. That level of customer service is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. To make matters worse, when I contacted the call center for help, I was told they don’t handle complaints, leaving me with no resolution at all. Between the missing items, being dismissed by staff, and having no support from customer service, this was a very frustrating experience. I expect better communication, accountability, and respect for paying customers.

  I ordered pizza online and they forgot my Pepsi. I called and was on hold for 35 minutes and never got refunded. I hate this Pizza Hut location

  This is one of the nastiest Pizza Huts I have ever been to. The carpet is so dirty it is black. This place needs to be gutted and remodel bad. I have ask friends to meet me for lunch here and they would walk out saying it is to nasty. The empties are great they deserve better.
