  So the app confused me when I ordered because I was trying to use a gift card. But it only paid a portion and then I tried to pay with card but then it wouldn’t use the gift card. So I hit cash thinking I could pay in store with my card. The app needs work. But the staff there was so kind and amazing that when I messed up with the app and it wouldn’t let me pay with my card one employee tried to pay the rest so I wouldn’t have to go get cash. He is and amazing employee and showed such kindness. I did not get his name sadly. 5 stars to the employee here and the food was very delicious. I did go get the money he did not pay. I just wanted to give him a shout out. And talk that kindness is still alive.

  Absolutely delicious! I can honestly that the cook who made our pizza did it with love. Because the crust was fluffy and crispy. The amount of cheese to topping ratio was perfection, and the entire order was perfect! Thank you so much for making our family dinner a remarkable one.

  Terrible experience with general manager. Multiple times I've been in this location and they are always very slow and understaffed. Multiple occasions I have witnessed the general manager treating the employees poorly via, belittling them yelling at/cussing them, snatching things from their hands even aggressively throwing sauce bottles across the work spaces. As a former restaurant manager and having 15+ years of customer service experience, last night I had enough and spoke up in defense of the employees whom were stuck holding their tongue as they were doing their absolute best to meet the high volume service needs! As a result his ego, pride, and "authority" led him to call the police and have me trespassed and refused to allow me to collect the 2 doordash orders I had been waiting to pick up for almost 45 minutes at this point. During this heated exchange of words he and I had, he tried to justify his behavior towards one employee in particularly by announcing loudly to the crowded restaurant " that's my wife". Just know that this is the type of management and energy being put into your orders. NO wonder the pizzas are always a little too crispy at this particular location.
