  My daughter wasn’t feeling the best this morning so we took her to her favorite place ever lol. McDonald’s. We ordered her a 6 Piece Happy Meal with apple slices and fries and BBQ and Ranch. Her favorites. We got our order and to no surprise at all we didn’t recieve ANY sauce. Not a big deal, we always go up to the counter and ask if we can have some and they’re usually pretty generous. Today was not that! The lady manger Veronica was very rude. She gave my husband 1 sauce knowing it was for my daughter’s Happy Meal. Granted it is just sauce! It’s not a big deal! That wasn’t the point! It’s the simple fact of you get what you pay for! And we paid for at least 2! She wanted to charge each individual packet for 25 Cents! And I get it! Profit! 💯 Valid! But to make a huge fuss over 25 Cents is ridiculous! He did reach over and grab another because that is what he paid for. She told him if he made a scene she would call the police and make him leave. In front of a child! After Veronica got an attitude he went to the car and got 4 quarters. She told him 25 cents a piece. He came back in and Shawn was at the front so he gave the change to Shawn and Shawn told my husband it is 15 Cent a piece and he gave my husband what he asked for. My husband took the sauce to our daughter and apologized that she had to see the conversation take place. My daughter thanked my husband and smiled and started eating. Veronica looked at my husband and asked if he wanted his change back. He turned to her and said “You seem to be hurting for money since you made a big deal over 15 cents, just keep it”. AGAIN!!! I understand it is not a big deal about sauce and change!!! But my problem with the whole thing is she threatened to call the police in front of A CHILD OVER 15 CENTS!!!! In the end of events Manager Joe made sure we were satisfied and was running back and forth to take orders out and went above and beyond as a manager! Manager Shawn came over and asked if he could buy an ice cream for our daughter! Of course we said yes because she deserved it! He made her an ice cream with oreos and m&ms and carmel! So thank you Manager Joe and Manager Shawn for fixing Veronica’s mistakes as a poor excuse of a manager. We weren’t the only ones who have had a problem with her! So I am thanking 2 out of the 3 managers at the McDonald’s in Newland! Mr Joe and Mr Shawn!!

  If you go to this McDonald’s, I would not recommend dealing with the manager, her name is Veronica. for starters she got my order wrong and didn’t give me the sauce that I already paid .25 cents for. When I went to ask for the sauce, I took my receipt and showed her that I paid and didn’t give me what I paid for. She was extremely rude for no reason and she tried to charge me again. When I told her I’m not paying for something that I’ve already bought she threatened to call the law on me and have me kicked out. She is the worst manager I’ve ever dealt with and it surprises me that she even has the job. The other manager on duty, Shawn, came up, checked my receipt and give me the sauce packets. I would not recommend dealing with this real life “Karen” under no circumstances. She does not deserve to have that position and she should be a janitor for talking to paying customers like that. People like her should never be in any sort of management position.

  Placed online order, went to location.saw employee outside smoking. I Waited over 20 mins and no one took my order number, the doors where locked during business hours and the phone number on the windows isn't answering. So they took my money, provided no food, and are ignoring my calls. Isn't this stealing my money

  No one on the inside, there's still limiting the people coming into the building. But other than that, the food was very fast.Nice friendly service.It was nice for a change

  Every other restaurant shows they're closed for Christmas, this one says open and we drove there and it's closed. We understand if you want to close on Christmas, but update Google like EVERYONE else so people don't make an unnecessary trip.
