  Kia is hands down the best waitress they have. Top notch and so good at the job. We couldn't have asked for better

  Had a great dinner. Food was good and service was also good. My only gripe for lack of a better word was that my $17.99 meal ended up at $40 with tip included.

  Ok let's talk about this experience! We waited 55 to 60 minutes after we order our dinner! That is ridiculous under any circumstances! I had the steak and coconut shrimp combo but they were both cold! The loaded baked potatoe (had a couple of spinkkes of chese no butter and barley any spur cream) was hot (probably microwaved) the cesar salad had wayyy too much dressing! My husband had a bugger steak and sweet potatoe which was also cold. My brother in law had the chicken and shrimp pasta which also came out ice cold but after waiting all that time we were very hungry. So we are paid out check and were out of there! We won't be back!

  Visited Outback Steakhouse recently—unfortunately not a great experience. Easy to find 👍 but outside seating was unusable (chairs stacked everywhere), and it’s unclear whether to wait or seat yourself when entering. The smell inside was very unpleasant and not what you’d expect from a steakhouse. Service was friendly and food came out quickly. Bloomin’ Onion was generous and tasty, just quite oily. Steaks were cooked well, but portions and quality were inconsistent—chimichurri steak was small and lacked flavor, ribeye was very fatty, and the baked potato was cold. Bathrooms weren’t very clean. There was also a billing error, although it was corrected quickly. Unfortunately, after the meal I became very sic, which completely ruined the experience. Overall: Some positives with service, but hygiene, smell, and food quality need serious attention.

  My family and I ate at this Outback on the weekend of March 13-14. The service was wonderful, food was great. The waitress told us about a deal that would allow us to get everything we wanted. Salad was a good size, fresh, just delicious. The coconut shrimp and the baked potato were delicious! The cheesecake was yummy! Wait staff, servers everyone was friendly, helpful and had good attitudes. It's difficult to get good customer service nowadays. This restaurant's customer service was awesome!!!!! I hope to get back soon when I'm in the area !
