Sat in drive through for 30 mins and as a manager in a fast service place that is absolutely unacceptable… the woman in the window didn’t even speak to us and practically threw the bag of food at me. On top of the horrible service experience ALL of our food was ice cold, and I live quite literally 2 mins away from the store so I know it wasn’t the ride home that made them that cold and they gave us one singular sauce and it wasn’t even the sauce we asked for. Very disappointed.
