    I think the concept is cool.. drive up to your own parking spot, order from your own touch screen and pay at the screen.... but 2x now someone who thinks it's a regular parking lot has driven directly at me playing chicken when it's a one way or a drive up and that's super dangerous. They're need to be clear driving directions 😩 it's not worth an accident for a 14$ meal. Although the fries and my favorite! Someone please add some clear driving directing for the night time drive ups!

    I visited sonic today around 1:28pm I order a sonic burger combo something I order every time I visit sonic I always tell them no mayo and tomatoes going forward I pulls over to a parking area by citi trends to eat my food I unwrapped my sandwich to check and be sure it had no tomatoes or mayo on it and a dime falls out the sandwich I return to the store ask to speak to a manager I even ask the manager do they have coins in the cooking area he stated no so I begin to unwrap my sandwich to show him I had a dime in my sandwich he brushed it off of course then I reached out to cooperate someone finally called me back and the gentleman told me he would have the issue investigated and I was basically brushed off again he did offer a gift card I expressed to him what if I had gotten choked or if the sandwich was for one of my kids and they got choked thank goodness I had a witness in the car with me

    This Sonic delivered pretty much exactly the experience you hope for when you pull into a drive-in. Ordering was simple, the wait time was reasonable, and everything arrived just the way I asked for it. The food was hot, the drinks were consistent, and the staff was polite without feeling rushed or inattentive. Nothing about the visit went above and beyond, but nothing fell short either. It was the kind of dependable, no-surprises stop that Sonic is known for. If you want a quick bite, a cold drink, and a predictable experience, this location gets the job done well enough to earn a solid four stars. It has an expansive playplace on the location for your kids to do what kids do.

    My food was 15 minutes late, all my slushies were melted and didn't have a slushy texture, my order was wrong, In which they gave me tater tots instead of fries, not only did it take them 30 minutes to bring me the fries to correct their mistake but they brought them and handed them to the car next to me. They opened the bag and realized it wasn't theirs so they gave it back to the server for her to then just hand it to me after it had been exposed to somebody else. Not only is this a lack of customer service? It's also a health concern.
