  Incompetent staff that cannot read an order. Called to complain about missing items and staff acted like they knew nothing about it. Ridiculous.

  I ordered the Utimate porker and it didn't have any bacon on it , it had Salami on which it don't have on it on the menu and they toasted it which they should have asked if I wanted to be to toasted which I didn't. I won't order here again

  I've never had a bad sandwich from Jimmy John's but I've had the wrong sandwich a time or two they've always tried to make it right very friendly staff a little pricey for the size of the sandwich but it's good

  Where’s the old team that was here? Service is slow, sandwich was made wrong, prices increased. Jersey Mike’s I’ll be heading your way.

  What happened here. A very regular customer (>1week). Showed up today. Totally different staff and the price increased 20 percent. Previous staff was amazing current crew leaves a lot to be desired. Will need to find a new lunch place. Very sad
