  I placed a delivery order online and was missing two drinks that I paid for. I called the store to get them either sent out or the drinks refunded. Instead the manager voided the entire order. The crew that was on tonight has more than done right by me and I have faith in spending my money here again.

  Incompetent staff that cannot read an order. Called to complain about missing items and staff acted like they knew nothing about it. Ridiculous.

  I ordered the Utimate porker and it didn't have any bacon on it , it had Salami on which it don't have on it on the menu and they toasted it which they should have asked if I wanted to be to toasted which I didn't. I won't order here again

  I've never had a bad sandwich from Jimmy John's but I've had the wrong sandwich a time or two they've always tried to make it right very friendly staff a little pricey for the size of the sandwich but it's good
