They were out of my favorite donut (french cruller) so I got a boston creme instead, the manager not only apologized sincerely, but gave me a 2nd donut AND upgraded my coffee size for free! Store employees were actually smiling for a change and nice! The store has done a full 180 from the past 2 years, will be coming back soon!

This morning had to be the worst with a young girl that had such a bad attitude, said one word to me the entire face to face encounter when she threw the window back open abruptly because I hadn't left. I didn't receive my food, and she just says nasty "what?". Really, be glad you have a job. This girl needs to be in a non customer service job. Thursday, Jan 29 2026 845 am for the supervisor to reference which employee.
