Another time I came they asked me 4 TIMES what I said (all I said was a cold brew) and I could hear them talking to each other and then they would forget what I said. There was only one person in the drive through besides me. Last, I asked for 5 creams and my drink was so dark.. it’s very unprofessional, very slow, I will pay more to go somewhere else just to not have this experience. If I could give this place -5 stars I would..

I had some good experiences the first 2 or 3 times then every time after that has been horrible. They usually have an attitude for no reason or just hate being there. I have thoroughly enjoyed my orders in the past, but now it's suddenly an issue? I have put in complaints with the app regarding mobile orders and have attempted to contact management, but something's not right. Don't waste your money here like I have. They need to turn things around already.

The two employees at this store were emotionless, dead stare zombie like Gen Z'ers. 2. The store only accepted exact change or card. 3. The Mens bathroom was in terrible shape with the toilet seat lid about to fall off, peeling wallpaper, and the outside cover of the wastebasket was covered in filth. 4. They couldn't print me a receipt because their printer was down or out of paper. The owner and/or store manager needs to turn this place around.
