  Took my great Nephew to eat here. He recommended the 6 for $20 meal. The waitress asked me if I wanted traditional or boneless wings. I told her traditional. (I didn't realize it was an upcharge). My great nephew got the burger with bacon. (Bacon was another upcharge). With tip the meal came to $40. Won't be back.

  Honestly, I’ll never return. As a server and bartender myself, I give the utmost grace and I never go to management, but tonight that changed. My initial drink was incorrect, and I waited 45 minutes for the corrected drink. Our appetizer came out with basically the complete opposite of the dipping sauces we asked for (we got the ultimate sampler). We were seated for an hour before I ever had a drink. Our server apparently had no clue about “touching tables”, AKA checking with them after drinks, appetizers, etc. She said she would remove the incorrect drink and have the corrected one made. She also did not ask about ranch or blue cheese with wings, nor carrots and celery. Several of us went without refills for 15+ minutes, and then suddenly, she was gone. I found a manager and explained the situation, and another server came and informed us she would be taking over. The manager was very understanding, and the new server was fabulous. The manager even went to the bar herself and corrected the order. When the checks came out, the incorrect drink was still on the ticket but the new server was awesome at getting it removed. Shoutout to Genesis, you saved the night sis. We tipped Genesis more than appropriately but the first 3/4 of the night was not good.

  Extremely slow service. It took forever to even get acknowledged and even longer for the food to come out. The staff seemed uninterested and inattentive the entire time. Definitely not worth the wait… food was “meh”

  Saturday , February 21st was our first visit to Buffalo Wild Wings in New Bern since moving here in July and only our third time ever dining in this franchise. To be honest, we only ended up here because we were ignored at Applebees for more than half an hour and then insulted by staff as we walked out. Our experience at Buffalo Wild WINGS WAS TREMENDOUS! The hostess let us know she was clearing a booth for us. She hadn’t been gone a minute when another employee asked if we’d been helped. Our server was kind and gad a great sense of humor. The food and drink were really good and it was a super fun atmosphere. Our evening was salvaged because of this fantastic staff! Thank you for treating people right even when you are busy.
