    Reuben was pretty good. Little cold in the center but that was okay. Very slow service yesterday. Took forever to get our food at the drive-thru.

    I've been to this location several times now and I can honestly say do NOT go here if they are not busy. Each time I have gone here when they where busy my food was fresh and delicious but, each time I've gone here and it was not busy my food was old and I regretted my purchase. Staff is very nice and place is clean.

    I was so disappointed in our recent take out at the New Bern Arby’s location. Between the curt drive through service and the bland, over cooked, under seasoned food, all amazing memories of eating a fun Arby’s meal went out the window. Three different orders (classic roast beef, steak bites and a gyro) were all awful. All were thrown away: I’m so sad, Arby’s has either gone down hill; or this particular location. Just doesn’t care.
