  After a long day at work, Alex made me a Blondie with toasted marshmallows, Carmel & cold foam. First time trying, hit the spot, good customer service, would recommend again!

  I went to 7Brew recently with 2 friends. It was my first time visiting this location. There was 1 girl, blonde hair wearing a camo jacket, taking orders by herself. She seemed like she was having a bad day, I get that. We had 2 separate orders and she started taking our order once we got up to the register in lane 2. While finishing the 2nd order, the girl yelled for “Zach” to hop on Lane 1 and take their order. He was in an orange shirt and had brown hair. He looked at me and my friends and proceeded to yell ‘They’re still ordering?!,’ from inside. Mind you, this girl is all by herself outside and Zach was simply sweeping the ice and water into the drain. Insanely rude behavior.

  This 7brew is hard to give a review of because we’ve had so many different experiences. Our drinks are always great and I love 7brew in general. The staff are just so hit and miss. Sometimes they’re sweet and sometimes they’re extremely (I mean *extremely*) rude. The other locations we go to on vacation throughout the year the staff are notoriously over-the-top kind. So that not being the case here is disappointing! Kudos to the few staff members we’ve had great experiences with here!!

  I arrived at the Seven Brew location with approximately 20 minutes available before work. After waiting for about 15 minutes, I was neither acknowledged nor had my order taken. During this time, several employees appeared to be standing around, and one employee was engaged in a casual conversation with a vehicle in front of me, including drinking from that customer’s coffee and handing it back. Given that multiple employees were present, this experience felt unprofessional and inefficient. I value Seven Brew and expect a reasonable level of customer service, especially when staff availability does not appear to be an issue. I wanted to bring this to your attention in hopes that it can be addressed moving forward. Thank you for your time and consideration. Sincerely,

  I’ve been a loyal customer of 7 Brew for over a year and have always enjoyed the brand. Unfortunately, my experience at the New Bern location this evening was extremely disappointing. I arrived around 6:40 PM and waited in the drive-thru for nearly an hour as the line moved very slowly. When I finally approached the ordering area, my vehicle was skipped entirely. The employee taking orders moved on to 10–15 cars behind me and went inside without acknowledging me, despite my attempts to get her attention. I had to drive to the register area to place my order. The employee there appeared surprised that my order had not been taken and went inside to investigate. I was told that the order taker’s iPad was not working, however, she continued taking orders from vehicles behind me. No apology or explanation was offered. I was finally able to place my order and receive my drink around 7:38 PM—nearly an hour after arriving. By that point, the experience had become frustrating and discouraging. Many customers in line appeared to be waiting over an hour as well, with no clear communication or option to exit. In addition to this incident, I have noticed a decline in both customer service and drink consistency over the past year. Ordering the same drink regularly now results in noticeably different quality each time, which was not previously the case. My family and I travel about 30 minutes to visit this location, and it has always been a special treat for us. As someone with experience in the coffee industry, I understand that busy shifts can be stressful. However, clear communication, accountability, and professionalism are essential in those moments. Until improvements are made, I will be visiting other locations instead. I hope management reviews this experience and takes steps to improve service, consistency, and customer communication. This location was once my favorite, and I genuinely hope it can return to that standard.
