  Poor service. Ordered chocolate milkshakes received chocolate milk for $14.00. Asked for receipt couldn't figure it out. Less than zero stars for this location. Hopefully other locations are operated with better customer service.

  Coffee is bad, special drinks are ok. One line moves fast 5-10 mins. One lines sits still for 30 mins wait typically.

  Never had a problem with 7 brew until I came to this specific location. The young gentleman who took my order was very polite. But the others making your orders had no manners. Burping and belching loudly over customers drinks as they were making them. Never turning their heads, covering their mouths, or even saying excuse me. Pure disgusting and I didn’t even want my drink afterwards. Not to mention one employee screaming loudly on and off in the back for whatever reason.

  I’m really disappointed writing this because I don’t usually leave reviews, and I genuinely love this location. I come here daily and am very familiar with the baristas and managers. My go-to order is the cookie butter blondie with extra caramel drizzle and cold foam, and unfortunately it’s been made incorrectly twice this week. Since the management change, the overall experience has gone downhill. Customer service from some of the newer baristas has been poor, and the new manager often seems disengaged—I frequently see him playing around rather than actively helping his team during busy times. On one occasion, a manager even expressed frustration to me about how overwhelmed things were, which was uncomfortable as a customer. I can’t help but compare this to the previous manager, who was always present and supportive—bringing out cold towels during hot days, coats when it rained, and stepping in to help whenever needed. The difference is noticeable. The baristas now often seem stressed and frustrated, which reflects larger issues with leadership and support. I will continue coming because of the baristas I genuinely care about, but something needs to change. This store has so much potential, and I hope management takes this feedback seriously

  I normally frequent this 7brew location at least 3 times a week… Today’s visit will change that to never! After waiting in a drive-through line for about 25 minutes only to make our order that total $15 and we were paying with cash and had a $50 bill and we’re told that they couldn’t make change for a 50 on a Saturday at lunchtime during a very busy shopping season, I find that very unacceptable and very unprofessional that an establishment can’t make $35-$40 worth of change Also from the first time I started going the music has gotten extremely loud and your employees are extremely boisterous. It’s hard to hear your total or any questions. The employee might ask you furthermore there is no sign stating that you have to have a $20 bill or smaller or debit card. I find this very upsetting and I will probably not visit this establishment anymore and when I do or if I do, I plan to make a complaint it’s ridiculous that you can’t call anybody but an out of state number. I expect prompt attention to this matter and I will be getting back in touch with you if I have not heard from you by Monday at noon Adrienne Daniels
