  Really gotta work on their service times. Barely any cars in the drive through but still sitting for 30 minutes waiting. Nobody inside the store either ordering while I sit here. They genuinely just can’t serve more than one customer at a time. Edit: finally got my food and got home and my order was wrong

  A few weeks ago at the drive thru, "Kayla" is her name from what I've been told hadn't put the lid on the coffees and they spilt all over the my brand new car and my daughter. I brought it to their attention and was offered a free coffee. Really??? Ok whatever! Went again today (a few weeks later) and walked inside this time. I placed my order for a large hot coffee and was handed an extra large half full. That's about equivalent to a medium and when I said something to the girl who happened to be the same one from the drive thru incident she said to me in an extremely snotty tone, "well, we're outta large cups" Seriously??? So I pay for a large and get a medium. I'm done with this place. I'll come back when there's a new manager and staff. Horrible horrible experience. I'll drive the extra few miles and give Neuse Dunkin my business.

  Horrible. Slowest Dunkin ever. Most of the time they don't accept mobile.orders so I go sit at the windows for 20 minutes for a single hot coffee. I'll take the ride to Taberna Dunkin on top of anyone hot good item is cold. Do not recommend

  In the few times I have been her, this location has consistently had an outrageous wait time. 25 minutes stuck in the drive through lane for 4 cars ahead of me! The food is OK (when they get it right). It's a shame, the location is so convenient for my commute to work, that's the only reason I have gone back here more than once. They need to hire more help in the mornings.
