- DADevin AdamsFeb 26, 20261.0This location has gone completely downhill, I’m not sure what has changed but the new employees have zero clue how to make a coffee. We asked for less creamer and sent back the coffee twice for them to just add extra creamer. I have received about 2-4 inches of granulated sugar in my coffee about 3-5 times now when asking for a normal amount of sugar to be added. The coffee here has become inedible and the workers get annoyed when you ask them to fix it. Ridiculous and honestly a shame for what used to be the best Dunkin in the area. I would have called the store but this has become a systemic issue that is a daily reoccurrence here. Hope this change soon. Manager number on receipt: 282330 Check: 6138
- MPMelody PFeb 9, 20261.0Terrible costumer service. Absolutely terrible. My husband, who is a blue collar worker, doesn't know anything about Dunkin. When he's told numerous times he can't have a specific drink with a meal deal, and no one is giving him options, it's frustrating trying to figure it out, especially with limited drinks on the drive-thru screen. Once we got to the window ZERO interaction from the workers. Didn't make eye contact and didn't say a single word. From 2 different workers. I had to check our bag and drinks just to be sure we had the correct order, since they didn't say a word. Extremely disappointing. Will not return to this location (James City).
