  The employees were not nice and really skimping on what they put in my bowl. I only got brown rice, chicken, pico, and lettuce. I asked for cilantro and was told they’ve never done that. Well, I always get cilantro added to my bowl at any Chipotle I eat at, especially with the lack of other items I could put in my bowl. My husband ordered 2 drinks. I paid. No cups. Apparently, she didn’t add them to our order, so she rang it up and had me pull out my card for another transaction. She then told me she could get me cilantro on the side. I said yes please. The tall man in the kitchen told her no! The tables were all disgusting. We had to clean it ourselves so that we could eat. Tall man from the kitchen walked past all the tables, which were empty and needed cleaning, then went back into the kitchen ignoring them. Obviously these people are not being trained on customer service. I’ll drive right on by this location next time so I can hear the words, “Welcome to Moe’s.”

  I was going to get Chipotle today because I haven’t been to one in years. After reading all the recent horrible reviews, I’ve changed my mind.

  This is the second time I’ve ordered out from here. The first time the left my sauce out for the salad. I brushed it off as honest mistake and my bad for not checking before I left. Tonight I did a pick up order and checked before leaving this time. There was no sauce again and my “steak” burrito looked smaller than before. Got the salad as well and there was no lettuce. Sad to see this location go downhill, this experience here again has proven to me to support local shops and businesses.

  This place is an absolute joke. You pay half a paycheck for one burrito for it to be half its size. It isn’t even the right burrito I ordered. I got this from the Online order and went home and opened up my bag to this. I will never be back and I will make sure everyone that I know doesn’t go back either. What a poor excuse for a restaurant. What a poor excuse for a customer service. What a poor excuse for an atmosphere. What a poor excuse for food.
