  Don’t come after 7 pm they keep saying that don’t have any baked potatoes. There was one week when they said that they didn’t have any potatoes

  Food is solid, restaurant cleanliness and staff assertiveness are below average. I dined in, and it was 3:00 pm so not busy at all. I walked to counter to order and it took about 60 seconds for anyone to even acknowledge I was there and ready because the staff were all staring down at phones. Order was straightforward and food came out quick. The drink machine was my next stop, and there was old spray all over the inside of fill area, needed ketchup and it was completely out, utensil and lid cup area was very messy, minor trash on tables in dining area. Food tasted good, burger was hot and had plenty of ketchup. Fries were average and had a slight old oil taste but not awful. Stopped into bathroom on the way out and it has a it of a sewer smell and the sink was hanging off the wall. It was below average for cleanliness.

  I stopped at this Wendy's to treat my granddaughter to a frosty. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice and kind the employee was. And the restaurant was clean as well.

  ABSOLUTE DISGRACE! Shaquonda or whoever the manager is needs to be fired asap. Sat in the drive through line for 20 minutes for a mobile order, heard an argument on the speaker from the employees of a “skrawberry” lemonade and got an attitude from Latonyacronesha with the bad edges and fake feather lashes. Fries were brown from old nasty oil. Do better Wendy’s.

  I recently visited Wendy's, and it was a truly disappointing experience from start to finish. The service was incredibly slow, even though there weren't many customers. The staff seemed disorganized and uninterested in providing any level of customer service. When my order finally arrived, it was completely incorrect. I had ordered a Dave's Single with specific toppings, but it came without lettuce and tomato. The fries were not only cold but also tasted like they had been sitting out for hours. The overall quality of the food was subpar, and it's clear that the staff doesn't take pride in what they serve. To make matters worse, when I tried to address the issue with the staff, they were dismissive and unapologetic. It's frustrating to spend your money on a meal and receive such poor quality food and service. I won't be returning to this Wendy's location, and I would advise others to consider other options.
