I walked to counter to order and it took about 60 seconds for anyone to even acknowledge I was there and ready because the staff were all staring down at phones. Order was straightforward and food came out quick. The drink machine was my next stop, and there was old spray all over the inside of fill area, needed ketchup and it was completely out, utensil and lid cup area was very messy, minor trash on tables in dining area. Food tasted good, burger was hot and had plenty of ketchup. Fries were average and had a slight old oil taste but not awful. Stopped into bathroom on the way out and it has a it of a sewer smell and the sink was hanging off the wall. It was below average for cleanliness.
