  the food was cold and nasty. And when i was there the about last week two employees were kissing like eating each others faces type kissing and i felt so uncomfortable i was there with my young children. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

  Today I went in and was provided the best customer service. When I walked in noone was at the counter but within a minute a young lady by the name "Samaria" clocked in and before she even put her stuff down she asked how could she help me and got my order. She was the true definition of a great worker.

  After I called in my order of 5 pizzas, on 08/16/2025, I made my way out to my car to go pick them up at the drive thru window. This was just 9 days after undergoing back surgery to have 5 discs fused together. I stopped by the convenient store to pick up a few drinks. As I got back in my car, my phone rang. It was the manager at Pizza Hut informing me that they were out of the type crust I had ordered. I should have just canceled the order right then, but I didn’t. I agreed to a different kind of crust, waited about 12 minutes, like the manager had suggested, so the pizzas would be ready when I arrived. Upon arriving, a young teenaged girl, with tattoos and piercings, in particular the one in the nose like a hog, shuffled to the drive thru window. She looked as if she had just crawled out of bed and, honestly, like she preferred to be back there. I paid with my debit card. I asked if my order was ready. She shuffled away to check. Once back, about 4 minutes later, she said that my pizzas were almost out. I waited another 10-12 minutes, got her attention and asked her where my order was. She again shuffled away to check. When she returned, the manager was with her. She informed me that my pizzas had just gone into the oven!!! I told her not to bother and let her know that she could refund my money and I’d order the pizzas from somewhere else. Even though there was no problem processing my payment at the drive thru window, she said I’d have to come inside to get a refund. As I was attempting to let her know that she could refund my card at the window, she slammed the window in my face and locked it. She then stepped out of the side door to speak with the 2-3 drivers of the vehicles behind me to inform them to come inside to get their orders. After this, I left and figured I’d file a complaint with my bank, in order to get my refund. As of today (09/30/25) I spoke with the card fraud protection department at my bank and the rep said they are still investigating the matter. Take your business elsewhere for pizza! Horrible attitudes and worse customer service!!!
