I had an extra hour this morning so I actually waited. I saw 4 people walk out while I waited for 30 minutes. Dunkin, this manager needs to be replaced, along with all the staff. We need our coffee! Lights on, chairs still down on floor, employees were inside, shook doors, employees never bothered to look or anything at entrance. Was no sign saying to use drive-thru.

I ordered just the original because there was a bunch in the case and wanted to get in and out of there fast. While I’m waiting I noticed none of the workers are wearing gloves or hairnets and the woman making drinks is carelessly sticking her hand in the whip topping on each drink. So after waiting 20 minutes I finally confront them about my order and they acted oblivious to the fact they were even working let alone that people had orders! Waited another 5 minutes for my order. Order was still wrong.
