The cashier working at the driver thru pretty much set the tone for a negative atmosphere, but we proceed with the order. When we arrived to the drive thru window to finalize the order and receive the food, our visit went from worse to worst. My sister stated, "She ordered two large drinks." The cashier became combative and asked the question, ,"did anyone else hear her say large " By this time, I told my sister to leave because we didn't want to match her energy. When I called to make the complaint, the manager on duty denied hearing the encounter. I asked him for the corporate number, because I felt as though he didn't believe we were justified in our encounter. He provided me with a number. When I called the number, the person on the other end was very apologetic, but I don't think the person has any connection to Bojangles corporate that I was referring to. Even if this complaint is not addressed, I wanted to voice my concern, so other customers do not have to encounter what my sister and I encountered this morning.
