I get a pizza almost every weekend for close to a year. The pizzas are good but they skip out on the details most other locations do such as garlic oil on the hand tossed pizzas, they used to do this but stopped about 6 months ago - resulting in a dry crust.

We had a terrible experience. We received Pizzas that were messed up, assuming from the delivery driver (it looks like our pizzas were thrown across the car) and when we called about the issue, the staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. Save your time and money and order from somewhere else.

My issues stem from not only my recent order experience, but also the unprofessional conduct of the General Manager who contacted me to follow up.
After submitting my initial complaint, I received a call from the General Manager. While I expected a professional and solution oriented conversation, the interaction was disappointing. She asked me to explain my complaint, despite already having access to the details. I took the time to clearly restate my concerns, specifically emphasizing that my issue was not just the delay, but the complete lack of communication regarding my order.
Rather than acknowledging this, she responded with explanations about staffing limitations and stated that some customers do not mind late deliveries as long as the food is hot. This response was frustrating and dismissive, as it shifted focus away from my experience and attempted to justify the issue by referencing other customers’ preferences.
Additionally, she explained that when the store is busy, they do not have time to contact customers, and that resolving issues with online orders would require contacting her manager, which could take up to 30 minutes. However, my order took nearly two and a half hours to arrive. This only reinforces my concern that better communication could have easily been provided within that timeframe. Instead, the system continued to reflect that my order was being prepared when it was not, which I find misleading.
I was offered a 15% discount, which I declined, as my concern was never about compensation it was about accountability, communication, and customer service. Unfortunately, at no point during the conversation did the General Manager take responsibility or demonstrate a willingness to improve the situation. The overall tone and approach came across as defensive and dismissive, rather than professional and customer focused.
At this point, due to both the initial experience and the follow-up interaction, I have decided that I will no longer be patronizing this location. It is extremely disappointing, especially after giving the store a second opportunity to address the issue.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve both customer communication practices and management professionalism moving forward.
