  Ordered flounder but just wasnt comparable to some of the other places near by and especially for a higher price and smaller portion. Wouldn't go back.

  My Wife and I had the Southern Chicken wrap, Crab lasagna and crab dip all 3 were great. The best part of the meal was our waiter RL he was super friendly and personable.

  Came for a seafood boil, (spent almost $200) was severely disappointed in the food. The service was phenomenal honestly. But I asked for extra seasoning and it looks like they boiled it in water to spite me…. Not the place for a seafood boil. Can you spot the potato?

  Server went AWOL as soon as there was a problem with our order not of our own doing. Manager made a frustrating situation right. Great atmosphere, but watch out for Karl. Great management.

  I’m not one to give 5 stars but on our recent first trip to OBX we went to Dirty Dicks twice. The first time it was the slogan that made us laugh and stop in for some cocktails and lunch apps. Well, we ended up eating 2 different orders of the baked oysters (crab dip and bacon jalapeño), hush puppies, an order of fried clams with Dick taters 🤣 and both my husband and myself got “pounded” and had snow crab. Yeah, we’re the fat kids on vacation. We sat at the bar with Sheri and had the BEST service than any other place we dined at up and down the outer banks. She is a delight! The second time we went it was because we knew the food was amazing and wanted to get “pounded” one more time before we went back to the mountains. I had the crabby Bloody Mary - it’s outstanding and we both had a pound of crab legs and a pound of shrimp. We may or may not have key lime pie (again fat kids) and it was absolutely perfect! Sadly, Sheri wasn’t working the second visit but we still had great service at the bar and thoroughly enjoyed the legs again. Great place. Great food. Great service. Don’t miss this place if you’re in Nags Head (or Avon). It’s definitely worth it!
