However, we were there for about 40 minutes They had at some point placed our food at the register instead of bringing it to our table even though we had a dine in number. So , we wasted a lot of time and got food not warm. That’s not acceptable.

It wasn't slammed together but the main thing is that from beginning to end of my journey into the parking lot and back out again. It took well over 45 minutes to get from where I pulled in. Waiting at the turn in with other people to not get anywhere fast. I don't know what happened. I mean dang Chick-fil-A gets it right. They got multiple layers. These guys just kind of hurted them in and said that we'll work on it so enter the parking lot at your own discretion. You may or may not make it out within an hour. Other than that it was McDonald's you guys have a good day and make good choices

We placed our breakfast order through the app. We got stuck in the drive up window line for some reason. When we got to the window. We have them the code and they verified it and saved us to the pickup window. They're going boy said we placed our order after 10:30, which is a lie. He said they could not make breakfast now and told us we would get a refund through the app. We told him we placed it before 10:30 and was waiting in line. He then said we had to give the code to the window before 10:30 and we didn't, which is a lie also. If we did placed the order after 10:30, the would not let us order breakfast. If we got to the window later than 10:30 to give them the code, seems it wild not have been verified for breakfast. These people are cons and we won't go back again. They made about $15 off of us for the breakfast, but lost how much from us because of 50-75 stops a year. Yes, the charge is still on our credit card. POS.
