No one did so we looked from the counter to the back of the restaurant and there was a girl sitting on the ground playing on her phone. We called to her to see if she would come to serve us but she just sat there. So we left and got back in our car and as we was buckling in our 2 yr old the “manager” FINALLY came and locked the lobby door AT 8:55!! We left and went to Burger King instead and got much better services!! NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!

He walked up to the register from dining area to take our orders. He didn't wash his hands or put on gloves after changing trash bags. He drug his hand along the food counter all the way to the register then started taking orders. We went back this morning thinking morning staff might be better. The woman at the drive thru window walking up from the back to the drivethru was coughing all over her hand. Then when she got to the computer window area, she was touching her mouth with her other hand and then handling food and orders. No washing hands or gloves. Bojangles is a good company but the hygiene standards at this location are concerning.
