So much so that I thought the app was broken, nope just really REALLY slow. They need to update the algorithm to better manage expectations/frustrations. I tried calling and stayed on hold for 7 minutes before giving up. UPDATE: the pizza delivery process was the best part of the experience. The pizza was delivered hot and the order was correct. Had I known the order was going to take this long I wouldn’t have placed the order.

We tried to talk to one of the employees and he would just look and wouldn’t come to the front whoever was working on October 5th the lady has no communication skills whatsoever we tried to just ask her a question and she has attitude and acts like she doesn’t wanna be there at all. Go find another job.
