  Tried o call in an order. When I finally got released from the automated part of the call. The lady asked me to hold. I held for 15 minutes. During that time I created an account online and placed my order. Unfortunately there was no place on-line to request extra sauce. I certainly would not call the pizza we got New York style. The 2 positives i can find are the delivery was quick and the delivery person was super nice.

  They seem to like to screw you over when you put toppings on a pizza, had a 4 top and they just give me a plain cheese, I know for a fact i paid extra for the extra toppings and all I get was "uh you just had a cheese pizza, nothing I can do" I won't be coming back, tired of getting ripped off

  I’ve been getting pizza from this location for YEARS. About 6 months ago I had to go gluten free for allergy reasons and I continued to order a gluten free pizza from them. Last night I called to place an order (to make sure I could use my coupon for a GF pizza) they said yes and took my order. When I went to pick it up they made me a hand tossed. I said I’m sorry I can’t eat this because I’m allergic and the guy shrugged his shoulders and said there’s no gluten free made for me. No sorry, no offer to make it for me. I had to request he give my coupon back. Today I call to speak to a manager, she defends the employees but says because they say I could use the coupon for this (I couldn’t actually apparently) that she would honor it. I told her I wouldn’t order til dinner, she said she would inform the night manager of the situation so she could take my order. So tonight I call that manager, she has no idea what I’m talking about. She tells me call her back in 10 min, so I do. She speaks to her manager and the other manager and they basically called me a liar said I never had that conversation. BULL. I was on the phone for 6 minutes explaining the situation to the first manager. The manager tonight says “I was told not to take your order” once again, no sorry no nothing. Just empty promises. The employees at this location are rude as hell. I’m over it. Don’t expect to see any order from me ever again. Yall go to Pizza Hut, they have great customer service.
