What I witnessed was a team of workers that were doing their best to compensate for a weak and checked out shift lead/trainer. Not really behavior a former veteran of the service industry appreciates. Especially when standing patiently for 20 minutes for a single, chicken sandwich, nuggets, and fries. Boooooo to you Chris. Shame on you!
