Nice worker tried to wash table with wet napkins because he could not find any towels or solutions to use. What happened the strict cleaning during and after Covid? The public is at very high risk of flu, covid, rsv, yet no emphasis of protection for patrons in this McDonalds. SHAME!!!

The iced tea was just sugar water, barely any tea flavor. It is so disappointing, McDonald's is supposed to be the same across the country, this location is the worst I have ever been to. The service inside is terrible, they'll take your order and disappear in the back. And if you want ketchup, you need to yell for them to come back. The ketchup dispenser by the soda machines is out of service, what is up with that?!

When you call the restaurant and explain the problem the night manager is very dismissive or just hangs up. Tonight I ordered food for my son on the app he went to pick it up like 10 to 15 minutes after I ordered, went to drive-thru gave them the code, employee said move forward, and had to wait another 15 minutes. I'm done with this location, and will be taking my business elsewhere.
