- GSgracie scottDec 6, 20251.0the screen was black when i pulled up so i asked if they were closed (as one does) and this guy says “i wouldn’t be talking to you if we were” like my bad for being courteous and asking a single question. i said “oh well i was just asking because the screen was black” and he told me multiple people had asked that before me (i hope he wasn’t as rude to them) and that the screen does that sometimes and he can’t control that, which i understood, all i did was ask a simple question because i was confused and didn’t want to hold them up if they were closing for any reason. i know you probably are frustrated for whatever reason but no need to take it out on the customer for asking an innocent question.
