- JPJennifer PereaDec 20, 20251.0Waited over 20 mins to get my food. After everyone behind us got theirs. I ordered at 12:09, didn’t get it till 12:30. Then went I went to get it it was only half my order, they didn’t let me till they had everything I ordered on the tray. I don’t like when my food is out in the open getting cold while customers are hovering over it asking for refills or to get their order corrected. Then they had a family in line just waiting and waiting to place their order. They even had enough time to get their baby settled in a baby chair at a table. But still didn’t acknowledge them or anything so they ended up leaving upset. The guy behind us in line hasn’t even got his food and I’m sitting here eating while he is still waiting for his, so he probably has been waiting for over 30 mins… This place needs new employees, new manager, new everything.
