  It's no wonder why the other two locations in Cary closed, after experiencing the absolutely AWFUL customer service, and quality control, at this location, time and time again. It's honestly only a matter of time before this location also falls by the wayside, too.

  What kind of fool of a manager do you have to be to charge an extra 50 cents for sauce when most fast food chains don’t?? I will gladly take my business elsewhere because that is so greedy as if fast food isn’t already expensive…unbelievable I can’t even enjoy my food without getting some sauce. I got Dave’s double combo with fries and I don’t get any sauce????? Ridiculous. Greedy manager and if your excuse is times are hard then maybe you should close down because this customer service ain’t it chief. Smh

  Staff is quite rude and does not seem to care about their costumers one bit. I’ve gone here a number of times thinking it would be a better outcome with each visit and have been proven wrong each time. And why do we have to make a big deal about the 64 cents for sauce? If you’re paying for the food what’s the point of charging for some ranch with a burger that is already dry. SMH.

  The worst Wendy’s in the area! The spanish-speaking staff doesn’t know English. There’s always a problem to make an order because of that. I’ve been to the place 2-3 times but today it’s my last time there. That’s enough
