  They don’t listen and continue messing up my orders. SMH I asked for a small combo and got charged for a medium. I had to say small 2 times and still got charged for a medium. Then she charged me for a sauce when I didn’t ask for one. Smh not coming back here. Smh..they just want to get over on people. I’ll just go to Durham smh..food wasn’t even fresh. Fries were cold and stale….huge disappointment

  The woman at the window gave me the wrong meal and when I circled back to have it corrected she blamed me for taking the wrong meal.

  The last two Friday nights the young man with long curly hair working the front counter has messed up our order. Not a big deal if we were eating in and not in a hurry but they now tape up the bags when you order ahead and then walk in to pick your order up. Why they tape them up I don't know but it makes it hard to check your order. First Friday he forgot the chicken nuggets, next week he forgot a whole salad, when I caught it he still forgot the dressing and the tortilla strips. Management get him some additional training.
