  Very authentic Indian food. The best in the area. Can be mild to medium to spicy. Nice place. Good service. Wish they had coffee or chai.

  Ate outside So pleasant with grapevines overhead! Food was wonderful! All 4 of us got different dishes. All were brty pleased. Service was excellent!’ A new favorite for us.

  Great Place to hangout with friends and family. Food was good. Chicken Manchurian was a little too sweeter than I have expected. Apart from that, everything is great.

  We tried two appetizers this time: Chicken 65 and Peri Peri Chicken. Both were absolutely delicious, with a great level of spice (we ordered medium) that made the experience very enjoyable. The flavors were rich and well-balanced, with a variety of ingredients that really stood out. The portions were generous, and the chicken was cooked perfectly—juicy and well-prepared. The sauces were excellent, and everything tasted fresh. The garlic naan was also very good and complemented the meal nicely. Service was friendly and professional, especially from Ed. Overall, a great experience.

  Fusion Nine has long been one of my preferred dining destinations in the Mooresville area, largely due to my appreciation for Indian cuisine. I have visited the restaurant over two dozen times since I began working nearby. While the service has often been less than ideal, the quality of the food consistently made up for those shortcomings—until recently. During a recent lunch order, I encountered what was, without question, the most disappointing customer experience I have had there. After placing my order online, I called the restaurant to confirm it had been received. I was abruptly told that no order existed, and when I attempted to clarify, the employee ended the call without further assistance. At the time, I was viewing my order confirmation and had already been charged. When I arrived in person, I was again met by the same employee, who repeatedly insisted that I had been informed the order was not in their system. Eventually, it was discovered that the issue stemmed from an internal IT error on their end. Despite this, no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience was offered from her or the Manager. Additionally, after consuming the meal, I experienced significant stomach discomfort that lasted for two days. This was particularly concerning, as I have ordered the same dish on multiple occasions in the past without issue. This experience was not only frustrating but deeply disheartening, especially given my long-standing support of the restaurant. It has unfortunately caused me to reconsider returning in the future.
