  Honestly it’s really frustrating that I have to do this. But I’ve been doing the pick up orders and this is the 2nd time in a row that there has been issues. They never come out we always have to come in. Look I can understand staff shortage but at this point what is the point of having this service. The customer service people were really rude when I called too. We will no longer be shopping here all together because every time it’s always something even if I go into the store and do my own grocery shopping

  The customer service at this location is HORRIBLE! That's the only word to describe it. I'll rather drive far to a better store with good customer service. The young cashiers are always on the phone with air pods in their and don't greet customers approaching the register.

  I actually drove up here from Cary just to check this place out because I am moving around the corner from this food Lion. I was joking to myself and thinking "wouldn't it be crazy if this was better than the one that I live closer to in Apex?" And guess what? It is so much better than the one in Apex. It has everything and nothing seemed out of stock. I was actually astonished at the amount of groceries that were there along with the pallets that were in the aisles of things that needed to be put up. I never see pallets being put up and the one that I normally go to and therefore, It seems like they are always out of stock on things. The bakery and ready to eat section was extremely impressive for me as well as the amount of room to walk in the aisles. Although I didn't purchase anything here today, I cannot wait to come back for a real shopping experience in a few weeks!

  Check your cart before you leave. The baggers and the cashiers are more concerned with talking about girls and checking them out than they are doing their job. Second time I've been here to realize they didn't put all my stuff in the cart. I will not be back there again. Somebody's job is to put groceries in your cart And they can't even do that without supervision apparently
